存股達人「大俠武林」（下簡稱大俠）早先曾透露，在今（2022）年金融股高點時，賣掉手上持有的玉山金（2884）、中信金（2891）與台新金（2887），這也引來不少人好奇，他是以什麼為判斷依據呢？對此，大俠近日做出說明。
按照大俠的形容，自己是於3月底至4月中，「稍微調節」了玉山金、中信金和台新金，且並非看不起它們，只是研判這3檔暫時過漲，等到之後基本面再次成長，一定會回買，而他判斷過漲的方式，是利用「預期殖利率」。
以玉山金為例，大俠解釋，他用1至4月的數據，預估其今年全年EPS為1.38元，乘上近3年的盈餘分配率88.06％得出1.21元，也就是明年的預估股息，接著再用它除以4月11日盤中最高價35.7元，得出預期殖利率為3.3％。
由於玉山金近3年年均殖利率是4.97％，如果以4月11日那段期間買入，市場恐將股價向下修正到殖利率4.97％左右，大俠正是以此發現玉山金可能過漲了，他建議碰到這種狀況時可適當調節，換去買其他還在價值區，也就是預期EPS會成長、明年殖利率會提高且大於過去3年的個股。
大俠進一步表示，要估出今年的EPS得看財報，會花些時間，但因為上市公司已出了今年前4個月的報告，所以最簡單的方式就是直接乘以3，想進階點則需看法說會、財務結構再以此推算，但他強調，這些都是估算而已，不見得絕對準確。
