國人漸有退休理財意識，越早開始投資準備壓力越小，年輕時固定投入一定資金，以便退休時有足夠的資金享受養老生活。達人指出，要準備退休金的前提，首要先將自己實際所需要的退休金算出來，之後可透過每月固定投資貼近大盤指數的指數型ETF，循序漸進累積自己的退休金，即便在55歲存到1,500萬退休也大有機會。
勞保局統計，截至去年8月，月領勞保年金的146萬名退休勞工中，其中有高達約65%、逾95萬人每月領不到2萬元；此外，勞保基金破產消息頻傳，也讓不少投資人開始自存退休金，趁早做準備。
存股達人股魚在理財節目「投資嗨什麼」上表示，準備退休金前，要先知道自己所需要的退休金額；他分享2種計算方式，其一是用月支出得出所需退休金，另一種即是透過餘命去回推，一樣能得出所需退休金。
股魚說明，以較保守的4%配息率來規劃，第一種是「每年開銷／4%」，假設退休後每月支出5萬，一年60萬的開銷除以4%，就可得出1500萬的數字；這也代表準備1500萬買4%配息率的產品，每年有4%的配息，未來在財務的部分就有保障。
而另一種則是用餘命去回推，以內政部最新統計國人平均壽命，取80歲為例，假設預計55歲退休，活到80歲，規劃未來每月支出5萬，一年要準備60萬，「60萬x25年=1500萬」，得出實際所需要退休金為1500萬。
然1500萬看似筆鉅額資金，但若趁年輕時開始投資理財，累積到這筆退休金也不無可能。股魚表示，以較保守年複合報酬率的7%產品為例，若想存到1500萬，「從20至29歲開始規劃，每個月要投資約1.22萬元；若30-39歲則存2.87萬；40-49歲則存8.62萬；如果50歲才開始，則要投入約20萬」。
「規劃就是從年輕時，越早開始要準備的錢就會越低」股魚建議，50歲以下就開始規劃退休金的民眾，可以投資大盤指數型ETF，這種產品可能貼近大盤指數，非常有機會拿到7%的報酬率，甚至更高一點。
